Lincoln Day Dinner Planning Meeting

Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen. Let me start for apologizing for this late notice.

I am requesting we all gather for a chat and begin planning our Lincoln Day Dinner. 

The event will be hosted on Friday, February 27th at the Treasure Island Hotel.  We were finally able to go under contract with the hotel earlier this week. Given 
the unfortunate delays, we now have a very short timeframe to make this a very successful money making event for the CCRP. 

Please join me, via Google Meets, on Sunday, January 18th at 2:00 pm. We will be discussing the event details and sharing our ideas for success. Some of the topics addressed will be ticket sales, fundraising, sponsorship, silent auction baskets, live auction items, centerpieces and table decor, and much more. Come prepared with your creative ideas and suggestions to work outside the box. 

Together, I believe we can make this a memorial event and raise the much needed funds to support our county party.
